What Steps Do I Take With FBP and Associates?
STEP 1 is for you to
Register online, or
fill out and fax back enquiry form. We’ll then set up an
appointment interview time and venue with FBP and Associates to
work out what your needs are. Then we can move forward on
your property investments.
STEP 2
is to draw up our Confidentiality Agreement and, if required, a
Joint Venture Contract. We are not committing to anything until we
have decided to do business together.
STEP 3
is to negotiate, purchase and settle the first investment property
by us or you. Remember, we may be acting as your
Buyers Agent, protecting your identity and confidentiality.
STEP 4
is where the property may be handed on to a Property Manager, and
is actively marketed into the local rental market. Depending on
the contracts, different strategies may be used for this step.
STEP 5
is the time when the investor may be consolidating their
portfolio, divesting some under-performing stock, or wants to
capitalise on market growth for other purposes. Again, acting as a
Buyers Agent, we can assist you move the property onto the market,
or introduce other strategies to achieve the objectives
you require.
