| We will value
our time together and always be on time for arranged
meetings with you, or contact you in advance so we do not
inconvenience you.
We will be honest,
respectful, forthright and diligent in all our dealings
with you.
We will always seek to keep
you up to date with the qualifying and application
process, either in person, or on the telephone, or by
letter posted to your home address. We may use an E-mail
address if provided by you.
We will always do our
utmost to ensure your personal information is secure, that
there is respect for your privacy, and that the integrity
of all administrative processes are assured.
We will ensure that any and
all financial or employment information you provide to us
is treated with the strictest confidential respect and
integrity required for such sensitive matters within our
Associates group.
We will challenge, confront
and demand of you more than you do of yourself, so that we
can all grow as people, and to assist you to reach your
goals, even at the risk of upsetting you.
We will not accept unlawful
or unethical applications, disrespect or bad language in
our dealings with you.
We will not visit your home
unannounced or uninvited, and certainly if you do not
respect our professionalism and dignity.
We will not stop seeking to
assist you to reach your goals and cross the success
boundaries you have set unless you tell us in writing to
do so, because many a bad word is spoken when people are
upset, stressed and anxious.
YOUR
COMMITMENT TO YOURSELF
and to FBP and Associates
I will consider and
describe my current circumstances honestly and fully.
I will treat myself with
respect and dignity; and all Associates I have dealings
with.
I will outline and then
define my goals and objectives in writing with clearly
stated objective dates for attaining them.
I will always be honest and
truthful with myself; and in my dealings with and advice
to Associates.
I will seriously consider
or adopt agreed strategies and plans in order to advance
my financial and business interests.
I accept that if I say a
thing or write a thing, I am and will be accountable and
responsible for that thing.
I will not knowingly
misrepresent, understate or overstate my financial
situation, and I will advise changes in a timely manner to
Associates I have dealings with.
I will be diligent in
providing information, records and financial statements
for myself; and as appropriate with all Associates I have
dealings with.
I will accept there are
other ways to view the world, and what my achievable goals
are within the context of my circumstances.
I will accept that those
who are helping me will only do so if I am committed to,
and genuinely endeavor to help my self.
I will not renege on
obligations I enter, and will always discuss
opportunities, difficulties and roadblocks with people and
Associates before they get beyond our control.
I will not expect my goals
and objectives to be met by others, but remain both
responsible and accountable for
setting, pursuing and achieving them.
